You can enjoy this program in the comfort of your own home or at any other personal space. No equipment necessary, however to give your training extra stimulus you can challenge your exercises with resistance band and/or an ankle weight.

The program is progressive, starting quite easy and getting a bit harder. I felt very engaged and motivated but also happily challenged. It is well divided and flows very smoothly. I like that it has a warm up, main activity, and cool down time. And the music is really nice too. Absolutely. Depending on your current fitness level, you can begin by doing each day's workout exercises with the recommended repetition. Pause the videos as often as needed and try to do it slowly. To ensure you get the best results and to avoid any potential injury follow the program guidelines - teaching points carefully. Make sure you progress gradually and focus on a good form. The number of repetitions can increase as you progress with your training. Remember that building a strong foundation is the first step towards completing more advanced strength moves, so as a beginner it should be your vital focus.

Always talk to your doctor or other health care provider early on, before beginning any exercise program. The level of exercise recommended depend, in part, on your level of pre-pregnancy fitness. This bootycamp program is not designed for pregnancy and some of the exercises are not suitable for first, second or third trimester.
For the nutrition part you need a kitchen blender to prepare delicious plant based smoothies and soups. For the workouts you don't need any special equipment, however if your fitness level is more advanced you can use a resistance band or/and an ankle weight.
Glute training has many benefits from a sporting and visual perspective, but it can also help you carry out everyday movements easily, more efficiently. It will allow you to complete functional movements and can also reduce lower back pain and injuries. Your balance, stability, mobility, flexibility and agility will also improve through training and stretching. The ability to lift weights correctly requires a good glute and also core strength, as this is where the power comes from. Training these area of fitness will improve your overall athletic performance as you will be able to apply more power through other muscle movements with a strong base. Your posture will also benefit from a good booty strength.
This glute activation training routine is to be performed in 7 consecutive days preventing you to rush through the program too quickly. If you are a beginner, you should do the workouts only once a day. If you are more advanced, you can perform them 2-3-4 times, depending on your fitness level. The daily routine has been designed to provide the correct amount of exercise at the correct level of difficulty to challenge your bum muscles without overworking them. Do not be tempted to perform the exercises hastily as this may be counter-productive, causing tight or overworked muscles. Your muscles begin to build up your tolerance for the exercises, but if you become overly sore you may need to take a 48-hour break to allow muscles to properly heal.
Yes, absolutely. The purpose of this challenge is to sculpt, strengthen and to lift the booty muscles while shedding some body fat. A plant based meal plan in combination with the exercises will give you the best result in this respect. However, if you absolutely insist, you can easily incorporate white meat and/or grilled fish into these meals. Many academic research have proved that the most effective diets consist of purely plant based ingredients (veggies and fruits). So even though you are not on a constant vegan diet, you can absolutely do this 7-day plant based meal plan with a great result.
This program contains a low in fat, high in fibre, high in protein vegan diet. This means that the meals are supporting muscle gain and body fat loss. You will receive breakfast, lunch, dinner recipes for each day with lots of nutritious veggies, fruits and legumes. By the end of the 7 days you will feel enlightened, energised and your metabolism and blood flow will increase.
You should stick to the meal plan as outlined in the diet program. It has been carefully developed by an expert nutritionist in a way which benefits you the most. If you carry out this meal plan, it will give your muscles a right amount of vitamins, minerals, macronutrients. Also you will surely shed some fat from around your body and by the end of the 7 days. However, if there is a kind of veggie or fruit in any of the recipes you absolutely don't like, you can substitute it with another similar one. E.g.: Instead of cauliflower you can use broccoli. Or Instead of tofu you can use mushroom.
