I’ve been struggling with my weight and carry a lot of extra fat in my middle, so I’m so pleased to have found that the combination of a plant based diet and targeted core exercises has made such a difference in such a short space of time, I actually didn’t believe it could be achieved. I had tried Eszter’s classes before and I really got into them during the first lockdown last year, they helped me keep fit and in a good mood. As for many people, the lockdown at the start of this year was tough. Personally, I was working long hours and was not exercising regularly or eating properly (I fed myself with different toast variations…). I was feeling a bit low and I decided to take Eszter’s 7-Day Abs Challenge: I could not recommend it more!! In terms of fitness and weight you will see results after completing the challenge (I dropped a bit over 2 kg and felt more toned). What is best is that the challenge will help you set better routines and habits and get you back into exercising more regularly, so you will be able to maintain and improve your fitness after you have completed it. The recipes are easy, very tasty and do not focus on measuring grams - you will enjoy them! For people that are not vegetarian/vegan or simple not skilled in the kitchen, I would still recommend the challenge, to try something different and because the recipes are fool proof. Don’t be scared when you hear “tofu”. You won’t miss the meat! It’s been about a month since I completed the 7-Day Abs Challenge and I am maintaining the healthy routines, next up - Eszter's Booty Challenge!!

I would just focus on easier exercises but Eszter made me appreciate the challenge of tightening and toning this area. These videos became less of a challenge on repeat and is a great ending to my cardio or when I cannot make it to the gym. The best part about her routine is effectiveness - I saw results within days of following this routine and eating cleaner. I am so happy to have this course for life and highly recommend you add this to your lifetime stash of workout videos. It is such a great program!

If you don't like how your abs look and your core performs right now, I know exactly how you feel. Not a long time ago I have been there myself.
Here are some useful insights to consider
Absolutely. Depending on your current core fitness level, you can begin by doing each day's workout exercises with the recommended repetition. Pause the videos as often as needed and try to do it slowly. To ensure you get the best results and to avoid any potential injury follow the program guidelines - teaching points carefully. Make sure you progress gradually and focus on a good form. The number of reps can increase as you progress with your core training. Remember that building a strong core is the first step towards completing more advanced strength moves, so as a beginner it should be your vital focus.
You will have life long access to the challenge. The material is not downloadable but you can login to your account and open the program on my homepage any time you feel like it. You can perform the workout part of the challenge as often as you want. The nutrition part however is a different story. Since it is a detox meal plan, you should follow it through only every half a year.
No, this program is not suitable for pregnancy.
For the nutrition part you need a kitchen blender to prepare the delicious plant based smoothies and soups. For the workouts you don't need any special equipment other than your mat. But if you don't have one, you can use your carpet instead.
Core training has many benefits from a sporting and visual perspective, but it can also help you carry out everyday movements easily, more efficiently. It will allow you to complete functional movements and can also reduce lower back pain and injuries. Your balance, stability, mobility, flexibility and agility will also improve through training. The ability to lift weights correctly requires a good core, as this is where power comes from. Training this area of fitness will improve your overall athletic performance as you will be able to apply more power through other muscle movements with a strong core. Your posture will also benefit from a good core.
This toning-style core routine is to be performed in 7 consecutive days preventing you to rush through the program too quickly. If you are a beginner, you should do the workouts only once a day. If you are more advanced, you can perform them 2-3-4 times, depending on your fitness level. The daily routine has been designed to provide the correct amount of exercise at the correct level of difficulty to challenge your core without overworking it. Do not be tempted to perform the exercises hastily as this may be counter-productive, causing tight or overworked muscles. Your abdominal muscles begin to build up your tolerance for the exercises, but if you become overly sore you may need to take a 48-hour break to allow muscles to properly heal.
This program contains a very effective plant based cleansing diet. This means that the recipes include only plant based smoothies, salads, soups and grilled or steamed veggies. You will receive breakfast, lunch, dinner recipes for each day with lots of nutritious veggies and fruits with detoxification effect. By the end of the 7 days you will feel enlightened, energised and your metabolism and blood flow will increase.
You should stick to the meal plan as outlined in the diet program. It has been carefully developed by an expert nutritionist in a way which benefits you the most. If you carry out this meal plan, you will surely shed some fat from around your core muscles by the end of the 7 days. However, if there is a kind of veggie or fruit in any of the recipes you absolutely don't like, you can substitute it with another similar one. E.g.: Instead of cauliflower you can use broccoli. Or Instead of tofu you can use mushroom.
